This Week in Earnhardt History: 1994 AC Delco 500 (Sr's 7th Title)

Hard to believe its been almost 20 years since SR hoisted the Winston Cup. He clinched his 7th and final title  at the Rock (RIP) in 1994 with 2 races still to go. Of course he did it with a win. All he did was win win win, no matter what. Check out the video below.


A couple of things I love in this video.

• Senior being senior. Love how he lets Mast get to his back bumper the last turn. He was probably giving him the finger in the rearview.
• The sponsors. Just don't see em like that anymore. Guys identified with their brand. Skoal, Goodwrench, Tide, Kellogs, Valvoline. WTF is National Guard doing on a car anyways. 
• This lady. Early 90s NASCAR to a tee. 

• Dale Senior having to address rumors in victory lane, of his record tying 7th  title, of him going to fucking Indycar. Really? You think he'd really have fun going and beating up on a bunch of foreigners for a couple of years? C'mon man. Great answer from Dale
