Rapid Reaction: Hollywood Casino 400

The Hollywood Casino 400 is in the books and it was unfotunately a pretty typical day for Junior Nation. P8 with a car that seemed better than it was in practice. I'll take you through it in some tweets and comments every Sunday.

• The anthem was awful. I'm sorry lady, but GTFO with that. 
• Dale Jr was finally back on Racebuddy. Hallelujah. 
• Lap 1, turn 1. I'll give you one guess what happened? Yep, DANICER PATRICK and a BK car getting together. Shocker. Obviously we have a frontrunner for our 1-bar of the week. I'll explain what all of that means tomorrow.

• Dale looked very strong early, running up to Harv's bumper on the longest green flag run of the day. 
• It's very discouraging watching Dale pull over and let Jimmie go. I understand he was faster, just sucks to watch and it happened at least twice. 
• Restarts were a bitch for Dale as the race went on. Fumbled that big one restarting P4 and never got that track position back. Getting stuck behind Kryle Busch a a couple times didn't help either. 
• Speaking of Kyle, I may write a second post on his weekend. Truly reminded me of why I hate him. WTF was he doing today? I don't even get it. And then to blame Juan and Carl for all of that. He tried to block Juan and ran down into Carl's lane. That's it, it's settled. The history of the Dale guys hatred for Kyle Busch is coming Tuesday. I expect it to be a popular one.

• Am I the only one who actually preferred the long green runs at Dover last weekend to the constant cautions at Kansas?
• There was also a fire on the hill outside of 1. So yea, there's that.

• I really thought Gordon's strategy was going to win him that race. Had to figure you would get another caution where you could top off. 
• Harvick had the best car all day (maybe JJ), so good for him. It's not everyday we see the best car take it home. 
• Shoutout to the 'L' for the picking Harvick today. For the record, that was before qualifying. Full recap coming tomorrow.
