Each Saturday, we will feature a pre-race pep talk to Dale Jr. from crew chief Steve Letarte. Of course, this does not reflect any of Stevie's actual thoughts and is completely made up. However, if Stevie is looking for some wise words as the green flag is about to drop, hopefully I can help.
Alright Dale, remember what we talked about this week. Straight lines, lefts, and the most important thing... that hard left when you're running low on Sunoco race fuel. We're clear in, and have the 40 in front of us. I don't know who the hell is in the 40, but he'll be a lap down on lap 8, so we'll have no problems. On the track, keep at em and look for some guys to come back you on long runs. We've still got that momentum from last week. And if it comes down to it on lap 399, lets try and picture that 48 in it's underwear and a champagne drenched 88 in victory lane.
